Delivery & setup
We bring the plants to your stand, place them where you want them, and collect them once the show closes.
What it costs
Delivery, setup and pickup are quoted separately from the plants, with your order. They are not folded into a day rate, because a hall at Pragati Maidan and one at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida are nothing like the same trip, and one flat number would either overcharge the near job or lose money on the far one.
What changes the figure: the venue, how many plants are going, how large they are, what time the hall lets vehicles in, and whether collection is the same evening or the next morning.
What helps us quote quickly
- The venue and hall or stand number.
- The dates the plants need to be in place, and when we can collect.
- Any access constraint you already know about — a delivery window, a gate pass, a lift-only route.
The pots
Plants come in white plastic pots, which stay ours and come back with the plants. Ceramic is not offered on hire: it chips in transit, and a show floor is the least forgiving place to find that out.
Deposit
A security deposit may apply depending on the order. Whether one is needed, and how much, is confirmed in the quotation — we will not leave it to the delivery morning.
